Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Zirakpur

I keep finding Country Inn a good fit for my stays, and this visit was unplanned. The food was perfect and service was up to the mark, but my room wasn't ready when I checked in. The staff were cooperative and got it sorted. Archana, the guest service associate, did a good job and made sure the food matched my choices. The room readiness needs to improve; everything else was fine.

Archana and Harjas were so warm and attentive at breakfast, especially with my daughter, who became very fond of Archana. They gave her special attention and made sure she got what she wanted, which made the visit more memorable and pleasant. We appreciate their kindness and effort. The food was good, though the taste varied a little. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and the service really stood out.

My stay in Room 315 was good and memorable, and the staff made it special. The front desk team, especially Ms. Ashmi, was courteous and professional, and her prompt help made check-in and the stay welcoming and smooth. The restaurant was a delight, with warm, attentive service from Ms. Archana. Chef Mr. Raj prepared delicious meals with excellent quality, taste, and presentation. Housekeeping also kept everything clean and hygienic throughout, with commendable attention to detail and a polite manner. Please pass on my appreciation to the whole team. Their dedication leaves guests with fond memories. I look forward to returning and would gladly recommend the hotel.

The breakfast buffet had a delicious range of options, and the staff were welcoming and did their best to keep us comfortable. Our room was spacious and spotless, with very comfortable beds. We had a wonderful stay and I'd highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area.
