My worst hotel experience in Dibrugarh. Their policies involve too many complications and aren't user friendly for corporate guests. I asked to speak with the GM, but the woman at reception refused to let me talk to the GM. They really need to work on the customer experience.

We ordered room service, and it arrived promptly. The rooms were clean and well maintained, with tea and coffee available, and the reception, corridors, and restaurant were also clean and kept up well. The hotel is in Milan Nagar, but the entrance is up a narrow flight of stairs among shops, so it doesn't really feel like you're entering a hotel. There are no views from the rooms, and hot water isn't easy to get.

The staff service was excellent, as were the cleanliness, food, and room service. Thanks to everyone for the great service. Just go and stay without a second thought.

The washroom in the restaurant needed to be cleaner and better maintained. An untidy washroom leaves a bad taste in the mouth, no pun intended. We went for breakfast, and otherwise had a great experience. The place was neat and well maintained, the staff were polite and helpful, and the food was good and freshly made. The decor was pleasing, and the plates, cups, saucers, and cutlery were clean. There's also a nice collection of books in the restaurant, so you can pick one up and read while you eat.
