The rooms are clean and nice, but the service isn't up to the mark. They wouldn't serve morning tea in the room because of their room policy, even though I was willing to pay extra. I've never come across this kind of policy.

We had a comfortable stay at this corporate hotel, which has a calm, resort-like feel. The party food and mocktail drinks were served well.

The prices seemed reasonable for the quality. The food tasted delicious, and service was fast. The place was clean and the staff polite. Recommended for a comfortable dining experience.

My friend booked the banquet for his son's birthday, but the air conditioning wasn't working. After we complained again and again, they managed to get a Farratta fan (pind aala pakha). The service was the worst and this was the worst experience I've ever had. Seriously, don't even think about this place.

The basement hall was very small, but the small function went smoothly. The toilets were clean and the staff were properly dressed.
