The place looked like a house turned into a hotel, and the location wasn't good. I booked through OYO, but when I arrived they wouldn't accept the booking. It was a complete waste of time, though OYO shares some responsibility too.

We'd confirmed our booking at hotel shaurya through OYO, even calling the owner, but on arrival the staff moved us to a different hotel. The rooms there were dirty and tiny, more like storage rooms. The hotel's staff ruined our day.

The owner's and staff's behavior was the one decent part. They took my phone to check the booking ID and rated themselves. Everything else, including the facilities, needs major improvement and was very poor.

They charged me extra because I booked through the Oyo app. If you still want to book here, do it directly instead of using Oyo.

The photos on Google and other sites are misleading. They don't even clean the sheets or toilet. The place was just disgusting and badly kept.
