Sorry for the late review, thala. I needed time to get over the shock. I paid 1000 rs for what they're calling a room, but it was basically a water tank with four walls. Water kept leaking from the wall, so the floor was always wet and the place stayed cool around the clock. You could skip the AC, fan, and fridge, and enjoy the bonus swimming pool on the floor. They seem to think they're clever for cheating people, but the place is a joke. Call it a leakage management center, not a room. Money wasted, worst experience, and my peace of mind gone.
