FabHotel Haku Residency

I picked this location because it was fairly close to my business, and the room was a good value. I stayed at the end of Jun'19. It’s a service apartment, so don’t expect hotel-style service, the help is limited and basic. Rooms and washrooms were clean, with Dish TV, Wi-Fi, hot water, and mineral water available. Linen was changed every 3 days. The included breakfast was average and very basic, with no choice. Room service and housekeeping could be better. Overall, a good property.

The atmosphere was good, and the rooms were clean. You can get breakfast there, but lunch and dinner aren’t available, though you can bring your own food and eat it. The bathroom and beds were good, and rooms can have either two beds or three.

The coffee was good, but the breakfast was horrible. For the high price, the rooms weren’t worth it, and the place felt more like a student guest house. It wasn’t professional in the way a stayinn hotel should be. Chennai has much better places.

The staff were friendly and very helpful during my overnight stay on 8th September. The place was neat, clean, and comfortable. There wasn’t a table in the room, though, and a small one for my laptop would have been nice.
