Breakfast choices are very limited, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel overall. It needs major improvements. The rooms feel like closed chambers, with almost no ventilation or natural light. They’re also missing bathroom slippers, hair dryers, and lockers. I’d only suggest staying here for a single day of official work if you just need somewhere to bathe and freshen up.

Mahendra’s food had a very good desi flavor. The reception team, including shivani sahu wanda bloom vignesh Rohit Ms. Dakyrmen , wanlab , shkikharani and Shivani sahu, also made a strong impression. They were polite, patient, and professional, and helped visitors with appointments and directions efficiently. Their friendly manner made patients feel at ease as soon as they came in. A smooth experience at the clinic, and a great first impression. Keep it up!

The kitchen was a letdown. Staff didn’t understand basic food requests, the menu was very limited, and some dishes listed weren’t available. I’ve never had biryani that tasted like fried rice before. Don’t count on the waiters’ suggestions or portion advice either. They overstate how much food you’ll get and come across as very unprofessional. Getting around the hotel was also frustrating. There’s only one lift for 30-40 rooms, which feels like a serious safety concern. I lost another 15 minutes because of it, before being directed to a different lift tucked away in one corner. The layout itself feels like a maze, and there’s no proper ventilation. My booking was fully paid, but reception took 15-20 minutes to check it, with no apparent concern for the guests waiting. The staff seemed immature and unprofessional. The furniture was old and broken, and the service overall was extremely poor. Choose this hotel if you want to make things inconvenient for yourself. Poor management all around.
