Hotel O MA Chidambaram Stadium Formerly Sarvanas Park

The washroom was so cramped that one person couldn't stand comfortably. The AC didn't work, and the TV was unreliable. There's no proper ventilation, either. The photos look very different from the actual place. We booked recently, and this is the worst hotel I've ever seen, so please don't book just based on the pictures.

The caretaker was rude and unprofessional, and housekeeping never came. They didn’t even provide basic things like towels. The AC leaked water into the room too. A terrible stay, I’d avoid this place completely.

I arrived from Hyderabad around midnight with a confirmed booking, but got no help at all with parking. The receptionist told me to use paid parking because of theft in the area. When I explained that the attendants weren’t answering despite several calls, he brushed me off, saying he wasn’t responsible and I could go anywhere. I lost more than two hours in the middle of the night with no alternative suggestions or basic support for me or my car. That kind of treatment is unacceptable for late arriving travelers. Management should look into it. Please be careful about booking here, and warn your friends and family.

After we paid and checked in, the staff turned aggressive and said there was no parking, even though they had told us beforehand that paid parking was available and we had agreed to that. They told us to park wherever and then forced us to leave for another hotel without returning our money. We had booked through Oyo. This felt fraudulent, so please don’t book here.
