The restaurant food was delightful, especially the Chicken Mandi at Tandoori Tamasha. Our room, bed linens, and amenities were clean, and we loved the hotel’s ambience. Mr. Samson at reception was very supportive and helped us handle a situation even after checkout. We had a very happy stay at Ilara Hotel and, In shaa Allah, will visit again.

We had a happy stay at Ilara Hotel, with a spacious suite that had a separate living room, bedroom, and two balconies. The property was neat and clean, and the pool and spa were nice additions. Vivera Mall is close by, with plenty of restaurants nearby. There are also Arabian Mandi Biryani, Tandoori Tamasha, and Geetham Hotel inside the Ilara compound, including a late-night food option at Geetham Hotel. For ₹3200 booked through Agoda, I felt we got great value. The morning buffet had a limited selection, but the experience was wonderful overall. Highly recommended!

I stayed in room 103, and it was a waste of money for the price I paid through agoda. The room smelled bad, the curtains looked unwashed, and the old AC was damaged. There was no ceiling fan, only a standing fan, and the lighting was poor. The hand shower and tap in the bathroom didn’t work properly. The bed was awful, and the pillows weren’t good either. The sofa was dusty and had insects. The pool is shared with swimming classes, not just hotel guests. They charged 50 per water bottle, and two bottles came to 110 with GST. Service didn’t respond. The stay wasn’t worth it at all.

The pool was a lovely place to unwind, clean and well maintained, with a calm atmosphere. We also had a great meal at the newly opened Tandoori Tamashaa. The food was delicious, nicely presented, and full of authentic flavors. Service was prompt, and the elegant but welcoming setting suited families and couples. There was ample parking too. From the warm welcome and welcome drinks to the smooth check-in, the staff made us feel looked after. Our room was spacious, tastefully designed, and comfortable, with modern amenities, cozy beds, spotless linen, and careful housekeeping throughout. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality made the stay memorable. Ilara Hotel & Spa exceeded our expectations, and I’d highly recommend it for comfort, good food, and a relaxing visit.

The property has a peaceful, upscale feel, with a low-rise cottage layout that feels more like a resort than a business hotel. Its 4-acre landscaped grounds combine modern luxury with traditional architecture, and its IT corridor location is convenient. The rooms are generally spacious, clean, and bright, with oriental and modern design touches. Executive suites have separate living and dining areas, king-sized beds, and bathtubs. Many rooms also have a balcony or terrace, microwave, and minibar. Some recent visitors have mentioned power fluctuations or uneven AC performance. Hospitality is one of the strongest points. Guests often describe the staff as professional, kind, attentive to individual needs, and good at maintaining hygiene. Some have praised particular staff members during stays and events. The hotel also offers live music, DJ nights, and magician shows at dinner. The restaurants serve a varied multi-cuisine menu, including vegetarian options, and the breakfast buffet is often praised as superb. Guests recommend the Gujarati and Jain dishes in particular. Some feel the on-site food is expensive. For relaxation, there’s the Hasta Spa, known for Thai therapies and other treatments, along with a distinctive 3D-designed pool popular with adults and children. There’s also a fitness center and an outdoor pool with a bar. The pool can be busy with private classes, and spa service can sometimes be slow to respond. Ilara Hotels & Spa offers good food and strong hospitality for a quiet retreat. Keeping room facilities consistently maintained would improve the experience further.
