Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Katti-Ma, Chennai

Jyoti at reception handled our requests efficiently and was very friendly. The restaurant team, especially Satish, Hoi and Jharna, also made us feel well looked after. They went out of their way to prepare meals suitable for our toddler, and the food was tasty with a good vegetarian selection. We didn’t try the non-veg dishes. Our room and bathroom were clean and maintained well, the AC worked perfectly, hot water was always available, and housekeeping was prompt and courteous. The location is handy, close to several nice places and easy to reach with short cab rides. We had a great stay at Keys Prima by Lemon Tree on Kalakshetra Road. The staff were kind and cooperative throughout.

The amenities made my three-day stay even better, and the hotel was clean, comfortable, and well managed. Staff were welcoming and attentive. Special thanks to Staff Paramesh and Kitchen staff Hoi, five stars for them. I’d happily stay here again.

On day one, I found out the website listed a business center, but the receptionist said they didn’t have one. I also asked to switch to a room with a workstation, but that wasn’t arranged either. With a baby along, the small, clean room made it hard to work, and the next three days felt difficult to face. Nobody helped with our luggage at check-in. The restaurant did have some very good staff, and the food was quite tasty, though options were limited. Not the Lemon Tree experience I expected.

If you’ve got work or business near Adayar, this is worth checking out. It’s a cozy, well-maintained hotel in the heat of Chennai, with good rooms and a substantial spread at both breakfast and dinner.
