I’ve used Booking.com, Agoda, and Airbnb many times and never had anything like this. My first stay with this hotel and OYO will be my last. I booked through my existing OYO booking ID, paid at the hotel as instructed, got the room, and completed my stay without any problems. Now the booking has been marked “No Show.” I did not make a separate offline booking; the payment was for the existing OYO reservation. Because the check-in was not properly recorded, I’ve had to make repeated support calls and explain the situation to different representatives, with no proper resolution. I may now be made to pay twice for a stay I already paid for and completed. This looks like serious negligence or mismanagement, and possibly a scam involving payment and booking records. The management has shown no accountability, customer handling has been terrible, and the payment process feels highly suspicious. SCAM SCAM SCAM. This hotel doesn’t deserve a single star.

I left straight away. The place was so unhygienic that I couldn’t stay, and I want my money refunded because the room was nothing like it was advertised. I wouldn’t recommend it when there are cleaner, more reliable options nearby. At Super Townhouse ORCHID RESIDENCY, the room was filthy, the walls were stained, and the pillows had awful visible marks. The smell and condition were so bad, like DHARMASHALA, that I felt like throwing up as soon as I walked in. When I raised it, the staff showed no concern, urgency, or responsibility, and didn’t even apologize.

We’ve stayed here a couple of times and it’s been an easy, good experience. It’s a peaceful property in a quiet, posh residential area, with no noise. The rooms and toilets are looked after, and the bedspreads were clean and fresh. Rajaguru makes guests feel comfortable. 👌

The staff were rude and insisted the room was clean, as though I was the one with a problem. Yet the sheets smelled of sweat from previous guests and had hair on them, and there were cockroaches and bedbugs. One star already feels too generous. The photos on Google maps and Booking look photoshopped and AI processed. The beds, walls, and bedrooms were all rusty and scruffy. The room light was so poor that we couldn’t take decent pictures at midnight.

Rooms were neat and really clean, and the washroom was clean and hygienic too. It’s a good spot to hang out and party with friends, with very cheap room rates. The atmosphere is calm and the staff are friendly.
