OYO 5448 near MIOT Hospital

Mosquitoes were everywhere and kept us from getting a good night's rest. The AC didn't work properly, and the bathroom fixtures were faulty. The rooms are small and lacked even basics like a dustbin, chair, or hangers in the cupboard. When I called to ask about the facilities, the staff were rude and sarcastic. Check-in felt more like an unpleasant interrogation, and it was very strange that they asked for ID cards for both me and my companion. I wouldn't recommend staying here even for one night. There are better options in Ramapuram.

There are food options cooked on the premises, the bathrooms were clean, and the sheets were clean and didn't smell. The place was good and decent overall, with ample covered parking. One of the rooms for two had an AC unit with a smaller capacity, but it was still fine. It just took a while to cool down in the Chennai heat.

The staff were friendly and always there to help, which is why I gave three stars. The sheets, though, smelled strange, weren't clean at all, and didn't even cover the whole bed. There's no kitchen on site, so they get food from a nearby restaurant, and that wasn't great either. They do have a TV, AC, and the other things Oyo promises.

The price is a little high compared with other Oyo places, but still affordable. The staff are friendly and well behaved, and they know Hindi too. The rooms are well maintained. Breakfast isn't that great, but it's okay. If you come more than once, the boy even recognizes you and treats you like family.
