The staff were friendly and nice, and the rooms on the second floor were good, decent, and clean. The first two floors of the plaza weren’t maintained at all, though. There’s also no parking, so vehicles have to be left on the main road in front of the plaza.

The front view might disappoint, but the room itself will surprise you. It was large, neat, clean, and well maintained, with a big cot and a very comfortable bed. Staff were polite and friendly, and the hotel is within walking distance of the area’s major shops. I’ll choose this place again.

The pillows were filthy and stinky, there were no towels, the rooms felt like huts or shanties, and the toilet was broken. A horrible, dirty hotel. Never stay here. Reply: The problems are right above. You must be joking if you expect me to put myself through hell again. The photos shown are a trap, this is a dirty, filthy hotel.

The staff were courteous and obliging. Breakfast was included and delivered to the room, though there’s no dining area. There were plenty of mosquitoes in the rooms. The staircase to reception was dirty, and the hotel should take responsibility for keeping the premises clean since it’s the anchor tenant in a building shared with other businesses. There’s no sign outside showing where the hotel is, and no directions to the reception on the second floor.
