A very good place to stay. The staff spoke warmly and well, and the rooms were kept neat and clean. The room service was good too. Even the room boys were polite and smiling when they dressed us. If you have your own car, there’s parking, but only up to 2. The roads get really busy in the morning, from 10 to 10:30.

We had a good stay, with nothing else to complain about. Room service was good, all the facilities were excellent, and breakfast was complimentary. The room was well maintained and had good facilities for a nominal price. We were charged Rs.500 for checking in early. Parking is limited. The brand name OYO speaks for itself.

This was my worst stay. The property is supposedly a flagship, yet it smelled like a public toilet and had no guest washroom, restaurant, or kitchen. The OYO Rooms service has taken a nose dive too. I was kept on hold for 1 hour 7 mins just to get the manager on the call. Ms Vaishali, a customer care executive, told me she wasn't authorized to speak with her manager, even though I'd already waited more than an hour. The whole OYO Rooms team struck me as highly unprofessional. Ritesh Agarwal, I have full sympathy with you, and my best wishes for your business with such unprofessional individuals.

The location is good and the room is spacious. That's the only good thing. Everything else was bad, including the poor service and a bathroom that wasn't very clean. I'd chosen the breakfast option, but they offered just one item, methu-wada, with no other choice.
