We'd paid in advance and booked a room, but on the check-in day they refused to give it to us. The owner let it to another customer who had booked more nights. They didn't tell us until the last minute. Our time, plans, and whole day were wasted. Pathetic experience.

It was December 31, with heavy rain and flooding, and we'd travelled from OMR to Virugambakkam. After paying an advance and arriving on our booked date, we were told they'd given the room to someone else, apparently a director, and that we could take back our advance and find somewhere else. I've seen many reviews describing the same thing. Avoid this place, absolutely awful.

The Google Maps pin is wrong, and there's no signboard on the building. Even though we had a booking, they said they were full and refused to give us a room.

The kitchen light wasn't working right, and the instant geyser took a long time to be usable. I was totally disappointed and couldn't cook.

I booked online and got a confirmation, but they gave the room to another customer anyway.
