There were no locks on either of our rooms or the bathrooms, and we had to buy bottled water because none was provided. The AC smelled bad, and there was no fan. Bugs and cockroaches were everywhere, with liquor bottles outside many rooms. The corridors were dim, too. This place isn’t suitable for families.
Don’t book here. The service was awful, and they only valued us until we’d paid. The front office guy, especially the mallu guy, was extremely rude and unprofessional. There are better hotels nearby.
We had no problems during our stay, and the room was kept in good condition. A decent place to stop when you’re travelling.
Everything else was good, but a few rooms are quite small. Check the room before you book.
The rooms were neat and in good shape. There’s a hospital nearby and a small lake, though the polluted water means mosquitoes are everywhere.
