Super Collection O Sholinganallur Chennai Formerly Nimalan Residenc

The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained, and the location was good for a short stay. But some modification work was still happening inside the property, and the pillows and bed had hairs and stains. There was no kettle, and the clean washrooms had no soap or shampoo. We booked four rooms for one night and reached around 1:00 am. With no signboard or display, the property was very hard to find. We opened the gate and parked our cars, but there was no security. A notice gave reception phone numbers; when we called, a random guy came down looking half asleep and handed over the keys. He said we were limited to two water bottles, and there was no help carrying luggage from the ground floor. The next morning, after we checked out, the manager called to ask about the stay. I listed the issues, and he said they'd fix them ASAP, then asked for a 5 star rating. That didn't feel fair. Management should sort out the requirements before opening the property to the public. Overall, 3 out of 5.
