FabExpress Global Stay

I came to Coimbatore because an elderly relative was unwell, and this booking turned into a mess. Fabexpress said early check-in would cost extra, so I agreed and paid half the booking amount in advance. They insisted on the advance and said I couldn’t pay at the property. After landing the next morning, I couldn’t reach the hotel. Fab gave me another number to try, but nobody answered that either. I found the location with Google Maps and spent 300rs getting there. The caretaker then refused the booking, saying Fab hadn’t paid them. I got a Fab representative on the phone, but neither the manager nor caretaker would speak with them. Hotel staff wouldn’t even let me sit in reception. Fab’s representative was no help either. He said he’d look for another hotel, but wouldn’t compensate me or upgrade me for the trouble. I had to spend another 300rs to reach somewhere else. The worst experience.

The photos they uploaded don’t match reality. The room had no cupboard, the fan and AC were dusty, and there was no sanitary or drinking water. Staff were rude, the manager was helpless, and the reception was run down with an ugly receptionist. Book at your own interest.

If there were a zero star option, I’d give it that. Used soaps from previous customers were still there, and there was no maintenance, no AC, no drinking water, and no safety. The worst experience.

I booked through MakeMyTrip, but the hotel management refused to let me stay because their booking price was lower than the price shown in the app. The worst experience. Please don’t choose this hotel.
