I stayed with my family for three days. The staff were polite and courteous, and the charges were reasonable. The rooms were clean, and the 24-hour hot water was a real plus, though we did find cockroaches. There were no window grills, which made the place feel unsafe. Parking would be difficult unless you’re an experienced driver, and room service could be quicker. For the money, it was worth it.

When we arrived, the front office guy said they had no idea about my online booking. He also said there was no breakfast and no early check-in, even though MakeMyTrip had offered a two-hour early check-in and checkout.

Can someone help? I can’t get my Booking.com reservation payment to go through, even though the same bank card worked for paying for the taxi. The hotel booking still isn’t being processed.

They never refund the amount, even when you cancel before the deadline. This hotel feels like a fraud, and I wouldn’t trust them.

The staff were all good at attending to customers. I hope to come back and book this hotel again.
