Hotel Grand Palace

The triple room had plenty of space, and the staff were polite and helpful. We stayed for a day. The hotel is on Gandhipuram 11th Street, opposite Kongunadu Kidney center, with Annapoorna and Aryas on cross cut road an easy walk away. Parking has security, and toiletries are provided.

We spent five days here and found it budget friendly. The rooms were kept in good condition, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout. Parking, network, and power were all good, and food and accessories were easy to find nearby.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and service was good. My weekday AC room cost 2500. There are complex stores out front, so it can take a little searching to spot the hotel, but getting there and parking were not difficult. The reception is on the first floor. A lift is available, though you have to climb some steps to reach it, which could be a hurdle for some senior citizens. Dental items, soap, and towels were provided, and you can ask for an extra bedsheet. There was an issue with the AC in my room. I was away at work most of the time, but the staff were willing to move me to another room if needed. A watchman is there around the clock. Nice stay.

For 1500, I got a clean, good single non-AC room. The staff were well mannered too.
