I picked this property because it was listed as pet-friendly and I was traveling with my pet. That doesn't excuse the state of the place or the staff. When I raised the problems with the owner, he said, “This is the best I can give, you can look for some other hotel.” The staff were unprofessional. The sheets, pillows, and pillow covers were torn and very dirty; the corridor water dispenser was unwashed and uncovered; quilts were on the terrace floor, and even the doormats were dirty and sticky. Basic hygiene and guest comfort still matter at a pet-friendly hotel. The people running it should take responsibility for maintenance and for keeping guests comfortable.

For a low-budget stay in the city, this was a good option. The location, amenities, cleanliness, and service were good, and the management and staff were helpful. The room hygiene and upkeep were good too. I had a wonderful stay, though the bed and mattress could be more comfortable and the property needs further improvements.

Check-in and check-out were easy, and I enjoyed my stay. The rooms and restroom were spacious, convenient, and clean. There was an elevator, and parking for the car too. Thank you.

I paid 1575, and it didn't feel worth it. The bedsheet and pillow cover smelled bad and seemed old and used. Guests shouldn't have to ask for fresh linen.

The receptionist was unprofessional, and the rooms were dusty with poor cleaning. The bedsheets were old and torn, so please replace those and the pillow covers. The water heater didn't work, and another room's heater had no proper earthing.
