OYO Flagship 24147 Royal Stay

It's a decent place to stay, and there's good surveillance with the local police station. The room is small, though, with no table to put food on or eat at. For the service and room size, it feels a bit expensive. Even the larger room isn't worth the price. All the rooms should cost 300 less.

The location is good, close to the main road. Rooms are compact but decent, and they helped as much as they could. There isn't a lift.

It's only an okay place for one night, with average facilities, so stay if you can get a better rate. They won't honor OYO rates, so be prepared to pay extra or leave. Avoid paying through OYO, because getting a refund could be difficult if you leave. There's no parking inside for cars, only for two-wheelers. No lift either, so you'll need to carry your own bags, even to the top floor. The AC and plug points have no power backup, and the tap only gives lukewarm water. I'd recommend it only for an overnight stay.

I've stayed at more than six OYOs in Coimbatore. I used to like the one in Singanallur best, but they stopped allowing outside food, so I tried this one instead. It turned out to be perfect for me. Great staff, cleanliness, facilities, and location, with excellent service. The rooms are a bit compact, but still good value for the money.
