After a long search that evening, I finally found another room for my family. I’d booked a family room through OYO for 8 May 2026, with booking reference TPC85614, after paying an advance for a reservation made on 25 April 2026. Before I booked, OYO team members kept calling about advance payment and strongly urging me to confirm. After paying, I contacted them several times to check that the family room was available. They assured me repeatedly, including the day before travel. But when I arrived at the hotel with my family and kids on 8 May, the staff didn’t know about my booking, and there were no rooms. I called OYO customer support more than four times. The calls stayed on hold, nobody called back, and I got no proper help. Since we were traveling from another state and didn’t know the area, it caused serious stress and inconvenience for my family and children. A very disappointing experience. Families with kids should be careful booking confirmed family rooms through OYO. Bachelors may manage more easily, but families can be in a difficult position if a booking isn’t honored.

What a bad experience. The room size was okay, but everything was poorly maintained, and the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned. Staff didn’t treat us well, and some of the inclusions listed when booking weren’t available. We came because my sister was doing training here, and wanted to celebrate her birthday. We only asked for permission for five minutes, but they demanded an extra charge. While we paid, they treated us strangely and made her wait outside. It was a disaster.

We got there close to 3 am, exhausted, and had already paid an advance online. Even so, the staff demanded more than the amount shown in the listing and wouldn't listen when we tried to explain. We ended up paying everything they asked because we couldn't face looking for another room at that hour. The worst experience I've had. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, and I wish there were an option to leave a negative rating.

The team was friendly throughout, and a kind woman handled a payment problem very professionally. My money had been held up on Google Pay, so I paid in cash instead. The staff said they'd sort it out, and once the processing was complete, they promptly refunded the money. I had a wonderful stay at OYO Rooms. Really good service and welcoming people. ❤️❤️❤️

The room was small, with dirty sheets and a broken bathroom door and taps. The AC remote didn't work, and there was no room service. We had been promised a deluxe room for three guests, but that's not what we got.
