The staff were great, and the food stood out most for me. Really good quality and taste.

We had a great stay, with Sathish and Edwin being especially helpful. The breakfast included in our plan was good. One drawback is that there are no a la carte food options, and the other meal choices are quite costly, something the property should work on. Our group was 13 people across 4 families, staying for 2 nights. The huge villa campus has 5 rooms and is very well maintained, with superb views and a stay that feels no less than luxury. There are covered and open areas for activities, a fully operational kitchen with crockery and utensils, and supportive staff. The property is not too far from the city, but still offers a calm experience. The famous monastery is about 1 hr away.

You could easily spend 3,4 leisurely days at Arcadia Bungalow Coorg without feeling the need to go out. We had a wonderful vacation there with 11 friends. The grounds are surrounded by lush green trees and mountains, and the property is well maintained. The cheerful, hospitable staff made us comfortable around the clock. Edvin and his staff are living examples of Taj hospitality. Area Manager mr Sateesh Kumar was always available and checked on our well-being every day.

The people managing the place are wonderful, and the food is great. Like the other amã properties, this one is awesome, with 5 spacious rooms and several large common areas. Highly recommend.
