We planned to spend 8-9 hours here before our train, but the room was so bad we lasted only a few. It was tiny for five people, though the owner said it was perfect for us. The room smelled as if it hadn't been cleaned in years; there were exposed wires, no working plugs, and the TV and AC were in really bad shape. The bathroom had no hand wash, and the bucket was rusty. There was no power backup either. The receptionist was very relaxed about the electricity being out, and we waited two hours without power. We had booked and fully prepaid through OYO, but the hotel refused to give us the room, saying its tariffs were higher. OYO didn't help. After a long discussion, the booking was cancelled and refunded. We were already there with lots of luggage, it was raining, and finding another place seemed impossible, so we agreed to pay the hotel's rate for one room for a few hours. They charged 2000 for a very small room. The owner had a real attitude, as if giving us a room and reducing a suite's price by 200-something rupees was a favour. That suite looked like a door to hell. It was one of the most horrible experiences of my life. People would throw up seeing the condition. We couldn't stand it long enough to stay until our train. Never visit this hotel.
