Kavish Holiday Hill Resort

The big pool and wide garden lawns make for nice sunset photos and quiet walks for couples. It’s set in the Aravalli Hills around Debari, away from the city noise but still accessible. Kavish has a glamping feel, with igloo-shaped cottages and Swiss tents instead of standard hotel blocks. There’s room for families too.

With the Aravalli hills alongside the resort, the views are lovely. Our group had a great stay at Kavish, thanks to Mr Raju and his energetic team, who really worked to make it memorable. There was good variety and taste across all three meals. It’s a good option for groups on the outskirts of Udaipur, with sports facilities, a pool and lawns. Campfires are available on request.

The rooms were really comfortable, and the food was amazing. The staff were so welcoming, too.

The only part I enjoyed was the decent restaurant food. Mr. Ajit from the restaurant staff was polite and professional, but the reception staff were rude and unhelpful, which left a bad impression. Getting there was inconvenient too, since the road from the highway was rough and poorly maintained. I stayed at Kavish Holiday Hill Resort, Udaipur from 1st October to 2nd October 2025. I was disappointed to find out only after booking that major construction was underway inside the resort, blocking the natural surroundings and views. There was nothing for kids to do, with no swings, slides or play area, and no indoor games or other recreational activities either. The bathroom and toilet facilities were poor. The flush pressure was extremely low, and the hot water kept shutting off, so I had to reset it repeatedly to get warm water.
