The rooms were damp, and they charged extra for a dental kit and other basic things that should be in a hotel room. I'm totally disappointed with the service. How could a hospitality chain like Fab sign this hotel and damage its image? I may choose Treebo or Collection O next time.

There was a broken latch on the room door, and basic items like a washroom basket and drinking water were missing. Even so, the hotel charged the guest extra, which was disappointing. I guess all the five-star ratings are fake.

The washrooms felt like gas chambers, and the rooms were full of spiders and mosquitoes. This very bad hotel isn't worth a single penny. Never book it.

The staff were rude and unresponsive, and the rooms were in bad, unhygienic condition with basic amenities missing. I recommend not staying here.

The location was peaceful, the rooms were neat and clean, and they took care with hygiene. Staff behaviour was good too. I had an amazing and enjoyable stay.
