Around midnight I was quietly on an important call in the corridor near the hotel entrance, then later on the balcony. The night staff rudely told me to “get inside the room.” I understand the need for quiet at night, but guests can be spoken to with some respect. I stayed here recently, and the staff showed very little sense of hospitality, especially at night. The way I was addressed felt unprofessional, as if they were doing me a favor by letting me stay. I’d avoid this place if polite service matters to you.

The location worked really well, with a nearby market and parking available. Staff were very polite, and the rooms were neat and clean. The basement or underground rooms do have a ventilation problem. Still, a nice place to stay.

The rates are affordable, but the rooms weren’t clean. Our room had seepage on the ceiling wall.

The staff treated us like we were at home, and the hospitality was lovely. Food and service were both very good, and the place is pocket friendly. I love it here and want to come back again and again.

The rooms were just okay, and the tap in ours was broken, but service was good and everyone was humble and polite. It’s at a nice spot by the foothill of mussoorie, with a pleasant garden view of small hills. You can’t see Mussoorie from the property. A nice place for an affordable price.
