OYO 75830 Hotel Rajpur Resort

The room was spacious and clean, and the balcony view was simply A+. It felt like a heaven for anyone looking for peace, especially at such an unimaginable price. Staff were short because of Holi, which is understandable. Sandeep at the front desk was very professional and welcoming. Can’t wait to return.

The staff were friendly and courteous, the rooms were well maintained, and hot water was available all the time. Breakfast was very good too. The location was great, with easy connections to other places, and the COVID protocols were followed. Staying at Hotel Rajpur Resort was a splendid experience, and I’m looking forward to coming back. Thanks to all the staff. I’ll celebrate my Valentine’s Day here.

Please don’t book this property online. It has been closed since April 2022. I had a booking, but when I arrived they refused to check us in, and the same thing happened to other guests. When we all objected, they were ready to fight, and my wife got really scared. They kept saying it wasn’t their fault and blamed OYO/Agoda. We asked the receptionist for a simple email confirming that they had denied us check-in, but they flatly refused. At 11 pm we had to book another hotel. A very bad experience.

I booked through OYO, and the place was a huge disappointment. The rooms didn’t match what we expected from the OYO photos. The bedsheets were unwashed, the duvet was stained, and there was rubbish left in the drawers. The bathroom was missing basic toiletries, including dental kits, handwash, and a bin for toilet paper, and the hand shower had no pressure. The curtains were nearly see-through and let in all the light. The only reason I’m giving two stars is the caretaker’s polite attitude.
