There are better places nearby, though the location was a plus, close to NDLS railway station, and the staff were okay. The rooms were in poor condition and need basic renovation. I found flies and mosquitoes, and in January there was no hot water from the taps.

Some staff came across as unprofessional and didn't handle requests or speak to guests politely, which made the stay uncomfortable. We had to keep asking for basic cleaning, yet the room was cleaned just once during our three days there. Maintenance and hygiene also fell short. Given the price and what we expected, the service needs a lot of work. I wouldn't recommend it unless they improve cleanliness, staff behavior, and service.

They charge an extra 500 for early check-in and won't let you in early even if a room is available unless you pay. Outside food and drinks aren't allowed either. In the room, the beds and blankets were dirty, the towel looked awful, and there were lots of tiny cockroaches. I have no idea when they last cleaned it. I'd strongly avoid this hotel.

The front desk brushed off my complaints and made no effort to fix anything. The room wasn't up to standard: dust was left on surfaces, the bathroom smelled, and basic amenities were missing or didn't work properly. For what I paid, that was unacceptable. The stay didn't meet even basic standards for comfort or service. I won't return or recommend it.
