The staff were cooperative, and the nearest metro station is within walking distance. The website photos don't reflect the place well. Most of the linen was clean, but the room itself wasn't very clean, especially the intercom and floor. The toiletries were just soap and shampoo, and the bathroom drain worked very poorly.

The room was good, but checking out left a bad impression. I had to wait two days for the invoice, and it didn't show the lower amount I actually paid. We'd paid the full amount in advance, but the hotel initially refused to let us check in. They made us wait for two hours and told us to call Agoda, claiming Agoda hadn't sent the full payment. It was a horrible experience.

We were denied breakfast even though it was clearly included in the booking, apparently because we'd booked at a discounted rate through someone else. The receptionist was shockingly rude, with no courtesy or professionalism. It felt like we were being punished for getting a deal, and treated as unwelcome because we hadn't paid full price. Every guest should get the same respect and promised service, whatever the booking method. Kailash was behind this and was extremely disappointing, the worst kind of person. Owner, your staff need serious training. The way guests are treated reflects badly on the hotel. I'll never return, and I'll warn others away too.
