For the price, the room was really good value. The staff were helpful, and they agreed to look after my luggage for 2-3 hours when I asked. I liked the food too, especially the Chicken Biriyani and tea. Humayun Tomb and Purana Kila are very close by. One of the best places to stay near Nizamuddin Railway station, and my room was very clean.

The room wasn’t cleaned at all during my stay, and it didn’t even have a kettle or working charging points. The receptionist and manager were rude and unhelpful, and their behavior felt unethical. I felt they were trying to cheat customers, more like scammers than hospitality staff. This was easily the worst hotel experience I’ve had. Avoid it and save yourself the money and stress.

Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. The receptionist in particular was incredible and helped us with our bags.

The 4.2 rating means nothing for this hotel. The rooms smelled unbelievably bad, the kettle was dirty, and the receptionist was very rude. It’s in a slum area, and I’ve never encountered bedrooms this stinky.
