The food tasted good and the service was fine, but I didn’t enjoy the stay, so I gave it a low rating. The breakfast selection was limited, though not bad. The room wasn’t very good, the towels were poor, the flush didn’t work, and there was no shower curtain, so water spread around. The quoted price felt overvalued.

My stay from 10th November to 12th November confirmed how disappointed I’ve become with this place. The taps and flush leaked, and the headlight didn’t work. I asked repeatedly for maintenance, but nobody came to fix anything. When I reported it at the concierge, the response was dismissive and lackadaisical. I first gave the hotel 5 stars in December '17, but the service quality has declined since then, which is unacceptable in the hoteling industry. There’s a lot of potential here, but they need to identify good customers and really improve their service.

The staff are very helpful. They’ll get you what you need, even going out to fetch something if the hotel doesn’t have it. The rooms are spacious and fine for what you pay, but don’t expect much. If you’re staying overnight, a suite is the best option. The conference hall is just okay, and there are better choices in the area. It’s right on the main road, so rooms 01-03 may have constant traffic noise.

The breakfast is good, but the lift is awful and parking is very hard to find. Towel quality is poor, and the showers make taking a bath take twice as long. The window Air Conditioners (A.C.) take at least two hours to cool the rooms. Room service can be very late, and the staff have the worst hospitality sense I’ve ever seen. Apart from the infrastructure, they have nothing.
