Hotel Festival At Delhi Airport

I left and cancelled my stay soon after arriving because I didn't feel safe as a woman in the area. The alleys were narrow and poorly lit at night, and the surroundings felt uncomfortable despite being close to the airport. The room also looked different from the photos, wasn't clean, and had a bathroom in poor condition. Nothing felt right, and I think there are much better places at similar rates.

The room was clean and seemed like good value. The AC and exhaust in room 204 were both really noisy. I haven't ordered anything yet.

There were eight of us in four rooms for one night on 07/10/2025, and it was a nightmare for my family. The hotel is down a narrow lane that's hard to reach by vehicle, in an area that looked shady. We had to walk about 200 meters to get there. The staff were rude, grumbling, and didn't help us carry our baggage through the lane. The rooms had poor hygiene and little comfort. The cots and mattresses were old, junk quality, and very hard. The AC didn't work, so we spent the night sweating on hard surfaces. The manager said he was helpless. The in-house restaurant was bad too, with tasteless, unhygienic food at very high prices. This was one of the worst hotel stays of my life. I'll never return and wouldn't recommend it even to an enemy. I feel Goibibo is supporting the hotel for reasons only they know, and refusing to publish reviews from people who've stayed there. I also think the reviews on the Goibibo website are fake and sponsored.

Breakfast was good, but the location is in a very remote corner. The worst part was booking the hotel's airport cab. The receptionist sent us in a battered old van with no AC, and we paid 400 rupees more than Ola and Uber. That felt like a rip-off and made for a very poor experience.
