The staff were cheap and unhelpful. Even a one minute late checkout will cost you extra, despite what they assure you when you check in. Don't be tempted by the low price.

Clean rooms, polite staff, and great service. An excellent hotel! ⭐

The premise manager was loud, rude, and arrogant, picking an unnecessary argument and fighting with me when I asked to speak with the owner. He acted like he had plenty of options, even though three rooms had just become vacant right in front of me. He had no manners when speaking to guests or to a lady. This hotel gets zero stars from me.

Even calling this place a hotel feels insulting. I called ahead and went there, but the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, and the toilet was dirty. When I complained, the staff blamed one another. I refused to stay in that room, so they offered another one for Rs. 600/- more. The staff were dirty and unprofessional, and I even had to buy a water bottle from outside.

The bathroom was so dirty that we couldn't use it, and I couldn't even bring myself to take a photo. The room looked clean in the pictures, but the actual place was completely different. Don't worry, there are plenty of other hotels nearby. Keep your luggage and book another one right in front of them.
