Hotel Gold Inn

The location is good and the hotel has parking, but the room quality is very poor for the price. There was a bad smell all night, dust on the bed, side table, chairs, and furniture, plus what looked like a previous guest's hair. It seemed the room hadn't been cleaned after checkout. The sheets had holes, the quilt cover had blood stains, and it was dirty.

Don't book here. For 3000 for single occupancy, I got a dirty, unhygienic room at this so-called gold inn. There were mosquitoes, hair everywhere, a stained towel, and the water closet was dirty and appeared used. No telephone in the room, and there was no hot water in the morning. Kids played inside the hotel all day. Shame on fab hotels and this place for ripping people off with rooms like this. I'll post feedback on every platform and tag fab hotels. This is not acceptable.

The bathrooms are old and the taps rusty, and the room had spider webs, Bidee, and cigarette waste. It didn't look like rooms were cleaned properly. Their visiting card calls the hotel “Couple Friendly,” and it seems more interested in hourly bookings. That gives you an idea of the customers it caters to. Choose it only if that suits what you're looking for.

The room was tiny and offered no complimentary items, not even water bottles or handwash. The washroom had no shower and was clogged. Staff refused to provide towels or tissue paper, and the AC wasn't working properly. A really bad stay, not recommended.
