Getting around was easy from Hotel Sunshine, right in the heart of Karol Bagh near the metro, markets, and Delhi's main attractions. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with the basic amenities provided. Housekeeping came promptly and kept things hygienic, and the atmosphere was calm and pleasant for families or business travelers. The staff were polite, cooperative, and ready to help with a smile from check-in through check-out. Their hospitality made the stay especially enjoyable. Hotel Sunshine was good value with excellent service and a convenient location. I'd happily choose it again and recommend it to anyone visiting Delhi.

The room options cover different budgets, and the rates seemed fair for what we got. On our 10-day leisure trip to Delhi, my partner and I found the service excellent, with cooperative staff and a welcoming reception team. Check-in and checkout were straightforward, and the stay was comfortable. I’d happily choose Hotel Sunshine again if I return to Delhi.

There were six of us, two boys and four girls, and they clearly refused to let us use the washrooms, including the girls. That’s completely unacceptable, even under the law.

I needed a night near a nursing home for zsr circumcision surgery there. The staff were humble and nice, and the food was tasty and affordable. I booked a non AC room for one night. It was average, with decent space for one person, though there was a foul smell that got a little annoying. Otherwise, it worked for a budget stay.

I left after just three hours, even though I’d booked for one night. The area felt very unsafe, and the room smelled bad. The bathrooms were unhygienic, with cockroaches crawling everywhere. A young male receptionist wearing specs was rude to all the residents, and when I asked for room freshener, room service wasn’t cooperative. A horrible experience.
