The staff made this visit memorable. Mr. Ahmed and Mr. Subash were especially friendly and efficient, and everyone was polite and understanding. They arranged an early check-in without any fuss and were helpful when I warned them I might be late checking out. The place itself is small and cozy, with a big Banyan tree hiding the foyer. It’s in the "Bhogal bus stand area" before Punjab National Bank. Lodhi road is expensive, and good value is hard to find there, so after doing a lot of reading I chose this place. I’d definitely stay again when I have work in South Delhi.

I stayed at JRD PRIDE Hotel for 5 nights. Breakfast was a real plus for me, coming from Southern part of India. I could get a good buffet breakfast in the morning. Room service also had a calm manner, and whenever I called for cleaning, they arrived on time. The hotel is on the main road near the signal, which makes it an easy landmark for booking cabs. My Hindi isn't strong, and the staff helped me get past that with the cab drivers. The front office staff were calm, supportive, and especially good at English, which made me feel more comfortable. It should suit both family and official trips.

My executive room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the calm, well-kept atmosphere made it easy to relax. Requests were dealt with efficiently and room service was prompt. Ahmed Sir and Subhash Sir deserve special thanks for their warm welcome, professional manner, and support throughout my stay. The reception team were helpful and polite too. I had a wonderful stay at JRD Pride Hotel, New Delhi, and would gladly return for its hospitality and service.

This was our 4th family function at JRD, and each time the hospitality and delicious food have been just as good. Mr Kapoor Director of JRD is a superb person. For me, it’s the best hotel in Bhogal jangpura area, and after visiting once, you won't want to go anywhere else. A lovely experience again.
