Lal Residency by OYO Rooms

I’d already paid when I booked through MakeMyTrip, but at the hotel they asked what price I’d booked at and whether I had paid. Then they said there were no rooms and told me to complain to MakeMyTrip or OYO. They’re frauds. I also blame MakeMyTrip and OYO for letting them list on their platforms.

The receptionist wouldn’t honor the Oyo app price when I arrived, even though I’d chosen to pay at the hotel, so I cancelled the booking. If the owner thinks the OYO listing price is too low, they shouldn’t list there. They get customers through the app, but apparently don’t want to pay Oyo and then ask customers for more money.

I’ve personally stayed at Lal Residency four times, and it’s been a very nice hotel. The place is cleaned regularly, and things work well. When we arrive, they welcome us with a water bottle, which is the best part. The staff are valuable, and we can do a lot of Sheikh Chilli here.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I booked last week, and the staff blocked my number. When you book through OYO, the employees don’t answer your calls, and the hotel is closed every time. The staff behave very badly.
