I had a very bad one-night stay and would advise against booking this place. It’s in Laxmi nagar, and at reception they wanted to keep my original ID until checkout. The explanation was that some people don’t check out, so they hold your ID and return it when you leave. I asked for the best room, but got a room with no chair or table, an uncomfortable toilet seat, and a very dirty bathroom. The AC wasn’t under the guest’s control either: it switched off after 15 minutes, so you’d get about five minutes of cool air before having to turn it on again.

It felt safe and homely, and the staff were very friendly. The place was kept clean, with a separate Wi-Fi connection and a big TV in every room, plus good quality AC and TVs. Food was tasty, and there are several restaurants nearby. Laxmi nagar Metro Station is within walking distance, and V3S Mall is at the next metro station. I’d say it works well for families, students, solo travelers, and women traveling alone.

The location was very bad and the atmosphere felt fishy. The bathroom was horrible, with a broken tap and no lock on the door; there was no chair in the room, and the wardrobe was dirty. The staff were nasty and undisciplined. A black spot for OYO rooms.
