OYO Flagship 78704 Hotel Super Deluxe

I only needed a room to rest for 3-4 hours, but this turned into a huge waste of time and money. I booked online without paying because I wanted to see the room first. Management told me to book offline instead of through the OYO app and assured me they'd give me a good room. I ended up paying over Rs 200 extra, then spent the first 1.5 hours trying to get help, with no useful response. They put me in a temporary room while they supposedly arranged a better one, but after two hours they still wouldn't listen, let me cancel, or give me a booking ID. The temporary room was filthy and unhygienic, with no AC, a nonworking TV, and an unclean washroom. The bedsheet was awful. After three hours, when we tried the shower, the water ran from the bathroom into the bedroom, like a dirty drain through the room. Nobody took responsibility, and neither the hotel nor #oyo helped. We finally left. This was my worst experience with OYO and this hotel.

There was barely anything here, and the person at reception was drunk. They simply refused my online-paid booking and told me to pay cash, then ask for a refund through the app. The place was extremely unhygienic. Don't book here or go there.

Even though I'd paid the full amount through Make my trip, they wouldn't let me in. The staff member seemed inexperienced and didn't know how to deal with the situation.

The hotel itself is fine, but service gets poor, especially at night.
