Qotel Signature Coleman Janakpuri

I was up late because the AC wasn't working properly, and the bathroom exhaust couldn't clear the funky smell. After I eventually fell asleep, I woke late, even though I'd already told them overnight that I needed an extra hour for checkout. The receptionist first came to my room and gave me a hard time, but when I called the desk and explained, the lady receptionist was fine. As I put on my shoes to leave, I saw so much hair that I started severely vomiting. Earlier, I'd come downstairs to complain because the room was still filthy after I reported it. I got a different room after a whole 30-minute ordeal, but it wasn't clean either, just a little cleaner, and still smelled bad. In the first room, there were fluids and so much hair that I felt nauseated, and I found blood stains too. I was there from 13th to 15th February 2026, after arriving and being given a smaller room than I'd booked because they said they didn't have a bigger one. I only needed to sleep and leave for work, but the nightmare began. At the front desk I asked for lemonade, but they told me to call the kitchen, even though it was just behind a glass door from reception. The bell boy saw how ill I was and called someone from the kitchen. What arrived was water, salt, and lemon without sugar. They brought sugar only after I said I wouldn't drink it and asked them to take it away. Then they charged me 140 rupees. When I asked for a receipt, since the hotel booking was via mmt and there was no hotel invoice, they gave me one for 131. No idea what the 9 rupees were for. Pathetic behaviour and the most untidy hotel I've ever seen.

I've booked this hotel multiple times before, but the staff are still rude. This time I needed to use a date-modified booking, and they gave me a very uncomfortable room. I had to check out within two hours, but they wouldn't change the room. They seemed perfectly fine with me leaving, as if that's what they wanted. Very bad experience, highly not recommended.

Noise from outside the room went on all night, so I couldn't rest. The washroom was filthy, with water all over the floor, and the hot water kettle for tea wasn't working. The room was basic, unhygienic, and poorly maintained. The app had misleading information: there was no seating area, ironing board, or bubble bath as listed. The staff were rude and unhelpful. I complained several times, but they did nothing and told me to contact MakeMyTrip because I booked through them. Cleanliness, facilities, and service were all far below what I expected. Not worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend the property.

As soon as I arrived, I found nothing working. The AC was out, the TV remote didn't work, and the bedsheet was very dirty. Even the landline at reception was dead, so I had to go down all the floors to complain about everything. The staff were really unhelpful. Extremely disappointing.
