The room was good enough, and the property is in a good location. Service was good too. But I felt uncomfortable using the supplies, like the hand towel, towel and even the quilt. They smelled as if they hadn't been cleaned. They should work on the supplies.

The rooms are new, but the walls between them seem thin. The flush in the washroom is so loud it woke me up at night. The kettle in my room was rusty and unclean when I visited.

We booked 20 rooms well in advance, but there was a dispute over the breakfast bill that felt fraudulent. At checkout, reception staff abused us, and the staff had been very rude throughout. We were all doctors and regret choosing this place. The owner never picked up when we tried calling. Get anything they promise in writing, because they may deny it later, and the reception staff may abuse you.

The manager was rude and said he couldn't do anything because the family had paid to stay, after we complained that their child was urinating in the pool while the guardians watched and laughed. When we asked them to stop, they started arguing with us. Hadn't we paid too? It was the worst experience I've ever had.
