The food costs a lot, and the thali listing says it includes a sweet but we were given a sugar packet. We also weren't given the complimentary breakfast, as they said they don't offer it. We booked through OYO, but at check-in the receptionist refused us because the rate was too low and told us to contact OYO. Since the dispute was between the hotel and OYO, the hotel should have spoken to them. My experience at hotel welcome palace Delhi was awful.

The lift was out of order all day, the bathroom fan didn't work, and there was no hot water, so they charged for the room. The building is very old and poorly managed. People coming from the south should leave reviews so others don't waste their money here. Don't stay at this very, very bad hotel. From keshav dharam
