The rooms are good, and the staff are polite. You can see how hard they work, and they still greet you with a smile and do their best to help. The aloo paratha at breakfast was awesome, and the chicken tikka tasted good.

The location is marvellous and the owners are very good, generous, elite rich people. The hotel has a good old reputation, but the staff are pathetic, especially the older ones. They’re highly greedy and stubborn. If you don’t tip for every little service, you get no service. I called five times and nobody came to help, even at 11 pm, though I could hear them joking together.

The food has a tasty, homely flavor and is amazingly affordable, which makes this restaurant stand out. The ambience is just okay. It’s a nice option for regular family meals when nobody is cooking lunch or dinner at home.

The food is good, inexpensive, and the portions are generous compared with Skylark and status. It used to be a very good place to hang out, though the restaurant interior now needs repair. They don’t provide guests with tissue papers.

The room was satisfying, and the AC kept the temperature well. Everything else was alright, but I was bothered by how strictly they enforce the 24-hour checkout. They wouldn’t even wait 10-15 minutes.
