Breakfast was a real highlight the next morning, with dosas, idlis, sandwiches, continental choices, Puri Bhaji, Parotha, momos, sushi, and plenty of other Indian dishes. Chef Dipak came by to make sure everything was right for our celebration. Chef Prabhat from the bakery also made us a delicious, beautifully prepared cake that was rich in flavour. We were returning from a special celebration trip to Bhutan and had let Lemon Tree Hotel, Siliguri know about the occasion before arriving. Mr. Anil, the Reservation Manager, called to ask what we preferred and was proactive about helping. After nearly 10 hours travelling from Paro to Siliguri, Mr. Rajat welcomed us, congratulated us, and made check-in smooth and comfortable. The thoughtful arrangements helped us forget how tired we were. The team's personal care and the food made this an outstanding stay and a lovely end to our Bhutan trip. Everyone we met helped make the occasion memorable. I'd recommend it, especially for a celebration.

Getting a cab arranged for our early morning flight was a big help, and the reception staff went out of their way to sort it out. The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and room service was quick. We also really enjoyed the flavourful, well-prepared food. Lemon Tree felt comfortable and well maintained, with a luxurious feel. The staff were courteous and attentive from the moment we arrived, and treated us with personal care. A great option for a leisure or transit stay, and one I'd happily recommend.

We loved the food at Citrus restaurant, especially the Pomfret, Seekh Kebab, and Handi Biryani. After years away from Bangladesh, the Ilish fish curry brought back memories of those days. I'd like to come back just for the food. The building looks majestic, and our room was spacious with good amenities.

The executive room upgrade was a lovely surprise, and having a bathtub was an added bonus. We had a very comfortable stay, with excellent service throughout. Lemon Tree Hotel is one of the best in the city, and I'd happily recommend it for a pleasant, comfortable visit.

My room felt somewhat dark, and the view didn't give me much to look at. There were a couple of noticeable maintenance issues, though nothing major, and the décor and atmosphere lacked the sparkle I'd expect from a modern hotel in this chain. The staff were friendly and efficient, dining options were respectable, and Sevoke Road made it convenient to get in and out of Siliguri. My stay at Lemon Tree Hotel, Siliguri was just average, neither bad enough to avoid nor memorable. It's a safe, decent choice for a short stay with basic needs, though anyone looking for more ambience or luxury may want to consider other options.
