Hotel Forest Hill

We had an amazing stay. The owner was especially kind and made delicious food that we loved. The staff were friendly and helpful too. The hotel is conveniently close to Mall Road and the main square, and our balcony opened onto a breathtaking mountain view.

For the price, this is a really good hotel, suitable for couples or families. We had room 201, a Superior Room on the first floor, with a lovely balcony view. If you happen to get the first Superior Room, the view should be uninterrupted. The only reason I'd take off a star is a small geyser problem in the morning, maybe caused by the cold weather. The food was okay, though it could be better given how nice the rooms are. We still had a wonderful stay.

The host really made the stay, so kind and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The hotel is in a great spot, and the rooms are nice, with private balconies looking out at snow-capped mountains. Highly recommend it.

I stayed for three days because the bookings were already made. The room itself was clean, but it wasn't cleaned during the stay, even after I asked. There wasn't really room service either. I had to request water and ask someone to clear used plates and glasses. The food was bad, and I was hurried to check out and pay. A building under construction in front blocks the view. The hotel is 2.5 km from the main square.
