The restaurant food was good, but the room had several problems. The carpet was dusty, the bedsheet stained, and there was hair in the bathroom. It was noisy enough to stop us sleeping, and there was little or no hot water. Some things were broken, and the conditions felt unsanitary. The road beside the hotel wasn’t maintained. The hotel servants promised to help us cross the tight road, but weren’t able to in that situation. The staff weren’t helpful either.

For what it costs, I think this place deserves five stars on Google, not four. The staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke good English. The room was clean enough. I appreciated that they were the first place we’d stayed in India to use mattress protectors, and they provided a squeegee for drying the bathroom floor. I’d definitely stay here again.

The staff’s behavior made me uncomfortable as a woman, and the services were pathetic across the board. For what they provide, it’s overpriced. I’d never recommend this place. If you want to spoil your trip in every way, come here.
