The service was excellent, and the staff were polite, professional, and helpful throughout. They made sure everything went smoothly and that we were comfortable. I stayed at Mount View Hotel in McLeodganj for two nights during the match. Everything was well managed and organized, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and properly maintained. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend it to anyone visiting McLeodganj.

There’s no service, cooperation, or sense of responsibility from the staff. They ignore requests or respond rudely, and complaints aren’t taken seriously. They don’t provide the facilities they promise. The staff are extremely batameez, rude, and unprofessional, with no manners or way of speaking to guests. We were treated very badly. It was the worst experience ever and a complete waste of money. Never stay at this property.

At 2:00 AM the nightclub above our rooms was still going full swing, with people dancing, shouting, and drinking. It’s hard to understand how anyone could open a nightclub directly above rooms where guests are trying to sleep, with so little respect for them. The pillows were black with mold, and there was no hot water. It was a complete mess, and I have no idea who was responsible for it.

The view was nice, the bed was comfortable, and hot water came on demand. Staff were really accommodating and helped arrange transportation when I needed it. Room service was good too. Can’t ask for much more!
