The rooms were very dirty, and none of the staff were good. When I raised it with the manager, he said it would stay that way and we could either stay or leave. We chose to leave and asked for a refund, but he said the money wouldn’t be returned. This hotel doesn’t deserve even one star.
We had booked and paid an advance for three rooms. As soon as we checked in and saw them, we decided to leave.
The bathrooms were awful, the rooms hadn’t been cleaned, and the used sheets smelled bad. The blanket was extremely dirty. We’d booked three AC rooms, but the hotel switched off the AC from their side through the night, so we had to manage with the fan. The next day they moved us to another room. The AC worked for the first 2-3 hours, then they switched it off again. Very bad experience. Don’t go here.
I was fully satisfied with the services at Hotel Fresh Wave, so I wanted to leave this review. The manager is a very good person, and the staff also behaved well, with good manners and discipline. It’s a really good place to stay. I suggest coming here and enjoying their service. Thank you.
The staff were rude, and one of them, whose name I’ve forgotten, was especially arrogant and treated guests badly. We got the room key only to find the room hadn’t been cleaned since the last checkout, with a used blanket and bedsheet still there. Stay away if you want to avoid ruining your trip.
